Eric Mueller, DVM

Dr. Eric Mueller was born in Cincinnati, OH but grew up in Chicago, IL, and Northern Kentucky. In Kentucky, he lived on a 15-acre horse farm, working and breaking Tennessee-Walkers and Rocky Mountain horses. Eric attended the University of Kentucky from 2003 to 2007 where he played Division I football and received his Bachelors of Science in Animal Science. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, he then attended Auburn University from 2007 to 2011 where he obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. While at Auburn, Dr. Mueller was a Small Animal Emergency Student Resident and discovered his specific interest in surgery. In and along the way, Dr. Mueller has provided veterinary medical relief for the Gulf Oil Spill in 2010 and completed a preceptorship program at two veterinary clinics in Alpharetta, Georgia. He then became licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the great state of Georgia and has been providing small/companion animal medicine in North Atlanta since June of 2011.


Jacob “Jake” Martin, DVM

Dr. Jacob “Jake” Martin grew up on a farm raising cattle and horses in the small town of Monticello in southern Kentucky. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture and Sustainable Resources in 2006 and then went on to further his education at Auburn University where he attained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2011.

Since graduating from veterinary school Dr. Martin has had the pleasure of working in multiple practices throughout Alabama, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and Georgia as he supports his wife, Morgan, to finish her training to become a Plastic Surgeon. He has a specific interest in surgery and dentistry.

Dr. Martin and his wife have one child, Owen, two rescued dogs, Dozer and Liz, and three rescued cats, Rupert, Two Socks, and Gunju. He enjoys Cross Fit, caving, fishing and spending time with his family.


Carla Politte, DVM

Dr. Carla Politte grew up in the small town of Elba, Alabama. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Troy University in 2007. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University and graduated in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Politte practiced in northwest Florida for 7 years before moving to the Atlanta area in 2018. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Dr. Politte and her husband Elliott live with their three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels: Aria, Archer, and Woodhouse. In her spare time, she loves to travel and exercise and is also an avid reader and gamer.


Justin McKinley, DVM

Dr. McKinley is a local Georgian, born and raised in McDonough, GA. He is a proud ‘Double-Dawg’ having completed both his undergraduate degree and is a doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Georgia in Athens. Dr. McKinley has always known he wanted to be a veterinarian even at a young age and only pursued veterinary medicine throughout his entire scholastic career. In his younger years, Dr. McKinley had extensive experience with dairy cattle but had a stronger passion to work canines and felines in his professional career, so decided to focus on small animal companion medicine. Dr. McKinley has completed certifications and continuing education in veterinary dentistry and is ‘Fear Free’ certified. He also has a strong passion for internal medicine as well as surgery. When he is not working, Dr. McKinley likes spending time with his wife, family, and Labrador Retrievers at their farm, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.


Collin Debosier, DVM

Dr. Collin DeBosier was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He loved animals growing up, especially zoo animals, which is why he decided to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine. Dr. DeBosier attended to Florida State University where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. He then pursued his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University and graduated in 2019. After veterinary school, Dr. DeBosier worked at a fast-paced, state-of-the-art emergency hospital in Michigan for several years where he honed his skills in advanced surgery. He then moved to Georgia and transitioned to small animal general practice. Dr. Debosier enjoys all the aspects of veterinary medicine, however, he enjoys surgery the most. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring his new home in North Georgia with his fiancé and his rescue dog, Flynn.
